Logistics Support for the Scale

Are you a person who enjoys working in service and wants to have many contact points? In this role, you will have a central position at several of our branches – you will become an important link in our business and at the same time learn a lot about our materials.

About the Role

As Logistics Support for the scale, you are the first point of contact for our customers and drivers when they arrive at our branches with materials. You are responsible for receiving and weighing incoming and outgoing materials, both physically on-site in Piteå and remotely for other branches in the region. You will work closely with production staff regarding incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they are placed and picked up correctly. In your role, you will also work a lot administratively with transport documentation, signing and checking permits, as well as booking deliveries.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. You will be based at our branch in Piteå, Öjebyn, but can work remotely for all our branches in the region (5 in total). In your team in Piteå, there are 7 people working with various administrative tasks, but you belong to a larger administrative team spread across our branches in the region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience
• High school education or equivalent
• Good computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Good knowledge of case management systems and business systems
• Experience in the recycling industry
